Refunds

Last updated 25 August 2026

Everything sold here is a digital file. Once it has been downloaded it cannot be returned, so there is no automatic refund — but that is not the end of the conversation.

If something is wrong, tell us

If a tool does not work, does not match how it was described, or is not what you expected, get in touch and say what happened. We would far rather fix it, replace it or refund it than leave you with something you cannot use. Refunds are handled case by case, and being specific about the problem makes it quick.

There is no fixed deadline. If you bought something months ago and it has stopped working, that is still worth raising.

What we will usually refund

  • A file that is corrupt, broken, or will not open.
  • A tool that does not do what its product page said it does.
  • A duplicate purchase of the same product.
  • A purchase you did not make or authorize.

What we usually will not

Change of mind on a file that has been downloaded and works as described. Digital files cannot be given back, so this is where the line sits. Every product page has a description, images and often a sample — please use them before buying, and ask us anything you are unsure about. A question before buying is always cheaper than a refund after.

How to ask

Use the contact form and choose “Refund request”, or email support@billsworkshopcompany.com. Include the email address you bought with and which product it was. We reply within 2 business days.

How the money comes back

Refunds go back through Stripe to the original payment method — we cannot send one anywhere else. Once we approve it, Stripe typically takes 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement, depending on your bank.

A refunded purchase ends your access to that product and its downloads.

Card disputes

If you are considering a chargeback, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve it faster directly, and a dispute freezes the process on both sides while your bank investigates.
