License

• Use it for yourself, at home or at work.
• Use it in your own business or freelance work, including with your own clients — for example filling in a planner as part of a service you provide.
• Edit, adapt and rearrange it to suit how you actually work.
• Print as many copies as you need for your own use.
• Keep using it indefinitely. There is no subscription and no expiry.

• Resell it, or sell anything derived from it.
• Share, email, upload or otherwise redistribute the file — including an edited version.
• Repackage it, in whole or in part, as your own product or template.
• Include it in a bundle, membership, course or subscription that you offer.
• Claim authorship of it.

A purchase licenses you. If colleagues need their own copy, each of them needs their own license. There is no multi-seat or team license at the moment — if you need one, get in touch and we will sort something out.

Handing a client the completed, filled-in result of using a tool is fine — that is your work. Handing them the blank tool itself is redistribution, and is not.

You cannot sell, lend or pass your license to someone else. It stays with the account that bought it.

A product may carry its own license terms, shown in the License section on its page. Where those differ from this page, the terms on the product page apply to that product.
